At Plot 6 – Shuwaikh Market, the works include fabricating and installing custom steel frames to support signage and screen AC units, upgrading the service elevation with a clean, coordinated appearance while protecting the equipment. The scope also covers constructing a properly graded and compacted road base to achieve the required levels, drainage slopes, and long-term performance, as well as laying interlocking concrete pavers in controlled patterns and levels to deliver a durable, high-quality streetscape.
