BONYAN GROUP is a group of companies based in Kuwait that offers Real Estate Development, Architectural Services and Implementation Management Services to the GCC and MENA region. We are established for the unique purpose of offering services to clients that maximize the value of their projects and help achieve tangible results.
BONYAN GROUP is an independent legal entity that evolved from more than 20 years of market experience and presence of its partners and founders in various fields in the GCC and MENA region. A compilation of their experiences and knowledge results in the excellent provision of all services starting from studies and analysis of the project to its design and implementation, under one roof.

certified and all of our team is well trained and certified in Building Information Modelling.
In BONYAN we focus in improving the quality of studies and visual analysis, we are using the
latest technology in areas of lighting, visualization, videography, communication, and remote project management.
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Hesham N. Al-Saqabi , B.Eng., MBA, IAPM,RED
With nearly 20 years of diversified experience in various fields (Design, Real Estate Development, Strategy Consultancy), he is certified in areas of Strategy Advisory, Architectural Design, Project Management and Real Estate Development.
Hesham started his career at the renowned Al Ahmadiah construction company and was part of the construction team of the first high-rise building permit in 2000 in Kuwait City, “Arraya Tower and Commercial Centre”. Throughout his journey, Hesham and his team have designed and developed many iconic private projects in Kuwait and in the GCC. He also led and managed development projects focused on creating social and economic added value.
